Expedition Technology builds AI and machine learning systems for defense and intelligence missions — and then gets them fielded. We exist because the distance between a promising result and a deployed capability is where most national security technology quietly dies.
Why we exist
The gap is not a technology problem
It is an engineering, integration, and delivery problem, and it is rarely anyone's job.
Program offices do not lack promising research. They lack research that has been carried through hardening, integration, accreditation, and sustainment by the same people who understood the algorithm in the first place. Work is handed from a lab to an integrator to a program of record, and the understanding leaks out at every seam.
Expedition Technology was built to hold that whole path. The engineers who prove a technique are the engineers who fit it onto constrained hardware and deploy it.
That is what Built to Deploy means. It is a description of how the company is organized, not a slogan about ambition.
